She is the one who has put super, to supermodel and super to supermom! Priyanka Khurana Goyal, a mother of a cute three years old son, who won the global title held at Jamaica, while representing India as Mrs. India 2015, is the only Indian beauty who won the global title of Mrs. Earth.
Her optimistic approach towards life and career, is definitely something that extends her journey towards the zenith of success. She was recently spotted at INIFD Chandigarh, to launch something that is new in store. Q. Tell us something about your journey?
A. The journey of my life has been really exciting. I have come across so many talented people from varied fields.
Q. Shed some light on your educational qualification?
A. I am a 2006 IIM, Calcutta graduate and a professional Investment Banker.
Q. How did you get interested in modelling? Was it a spontaneous decision or did you always had this desire to become a model?
A. When I was 16 years old, like every other girl I had this dream to become a model. But, as time flew the layers of responsibilities came over and this dream got somewhere lost. But eventually it was my brother and my husband who motivated me to follow the inner call. And may be, this was what destiny had in store for me.
Q. Did you ever experience the taboo of becoming a model after being a mother?
A. My entire family has been very kind, understanding and supportive so far. They always stood beside me in all my decisions. My husband made me believe that life after marriage holds limitless opportunities.
Q. Any special moment that stands out in your career?
A. That was undoubtedly the moment when I was announced as the winner of Mrs. Earth, 2015 in Jamaica.
Q. If you were given a chance to change something from the past, what would that be?
A. I am a staunch believer of the fact that, everything happens for a reason. I am not the kind of person who holds regrets in life.
Q. What is the philosophy that you hold dear in life?
A. Either don’t do something, or if you’re doing it – do the best!
Q. Who is the most influential person in your life?
A. My three years old son is the most influential person in my life, the way he keeps on experimenting with new things is something that I find solace in. I thoroughly enjoy motherhood.
Q. What does beauty mean to you?
A. According to me, beauty is a complete package. External beauty and internal beauty of heart and soul, go hand in hand.
